Have you recently received a text or email about the election that you didn’t sign up for?

We are collecting information to verify the integrity of Mansfield's election process and integrity given a recent communication campaign that was released prior to the election. We're asking for the following information and why.

Name - To assign a record. This field is required.

Email - To assign an email address to that record. You will not receive a campaign email or otherwise from this campaign. This is strictly for record purposes only. This field is required.

Phone Number - Same reason as the email address. You will not be texted or called, or otherwise contacted for any campaign or marketing purpose. This field is optional; however, recommended.
