When I ran for Township Committee, I promised to focus on transparency, accountability, accessibility, and putting residents first.

This survey is an opportunity for Mansfield residents to evaluate my work, provide constructive criticism, and help identify the issues I should prioritize next year.

The survey does not request your name, email address(unless you want to provide it), or street address. Please complete it only once and answer honestly. Critical responses are welcome. Responses that are duplicative, abusive, unintelligible, unrelated to municipal issues, or otherwise nonresponsive may be excluded from aggregate results.
